Booking and Cancellations

Bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability. We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled journey. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to conduct themselves reasonably. We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who is abusive, intoxicated, or poses a safety risk.

Liability

While we endeavor to arrive on time, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We recommend allowing sufficient time for airport transfers.
